As a new business in a new country we were keen to have a brand identity which not only reflected who we were but was different to everyone else in our marketplace. We had some ideas but the team at Hallway came up with a brand identity which really excited us. The design of our identity, logo, colour palette etc brought to life what we were trying to achieve.
Our input was really welcomed and we knew that the guys really got the concept of what we were trying to do. The brand identity design done, Hallway then discussed our website requirements with us in some depth. Once we had agreed our requirements Hallway supported us throughout the design, build and test phases through to go live.
We really felt we were in the hands of a team who were equally passionate about our business but had the expertise and creativity to really deliver. Our website is now live and it really is head and shoulders above what is out there in our marketplace. We know it will bring added value to our business, lead to more enquiries and ultimately improve our turnover.

We had been considering a redesign of our existing website for some time, although it still attracted new business and profits were rising, we thought a new more modern CMS system would be beneficial to our operational procedures and a move to a modern dynamic format would highlight our quality and uniqueness. After looking at a few other companies we went with Hallway, as during our short association period (when they took over website hosting from our previous supplier) the underlying thread that came across to me in that period was their professionalism.
Matthew gave an initial costing in the design spec that was adhered to, and the final result was exactly what we had hoped for, when asking business contacts to review the website their feedback was extremely positive, one Director from a leading leisure associate said, "It was the best tourism website he had seen". We had no specific design to hand to them but a number of ideas that were important to our vision, the team at Hallway were extremely helpful, James and Chris in the design and build phase contrived to carry out our thoughts and ideas and add some logical enhancements readily, Matthew had an overview and knowledge that created confidence, important to a customer like ourselves who is not "technically computerate!"
